Dr. Joseph Sinopoli is a graduate of the Canadian Memorial Chiropractic College in Toronto and practices diversified chiropractic care, including deep tissue therapy, spinal manipulation, stretching and strengthening, and physical rehabilitation. Dr. Joseph is an experienced practitioner whose skill sets includes treatments of both the spine and extremities (knees, shoulders, ankles, etc.), as well has headaches, TMJ pain, and acute/chronic joint pain.
Graduating from the University of Toronto in 2012 with a double major in Biochemistry and Immunology, he is committed to the importance of effective, evidence-based health care for all patients in need, practicing on the notion: “What works, helps”. Dr. Joseph combines his knowledge in biochemistry with chiropractic care to offer patients a holistic and effective approach to health, inside and out.

Dr. Giulia Palazzo, DC.

Dr. Giulia Palazzo graduated in 2022 from the Canadian Memorial Chiropractic College in Toronto. Prior to her doctor of chiropractic degree, Giulia graduated from Western University in 2018 with an Honours Specialization in Kinesiology. Giulia has always had a passion for rehabilitative sciences and athletic injuries that stemmed from her many years of competitive dance.
She practices a diversified chiropractic style, and utilizes an evidence-based and patient centred approach to care with the ultimate goal of enhancing one’s quality of life and reducing disability. She is passionate about the treatment of various neuro-musculoskeletal injuries/conditions of the spine and extremities. She strives to customize each treatment to her patient’s needs with the use of spinal manipulation, soft tissue therapy, physical rehabilitation, stretching and strengthening. Giulia believes in ongoing education and is looking forward to furthering her knowledge and expertise in the years to come!

Debita Harripersaud MScPT (SEM), DipPT, IIWCC
Physiotherapist
Debita qualified as a Physiotherapist in 2001 and since has operated in Jamaica and Guyana. She holds a first Degree in Physiotherapy and a Post Graduate Masters in Sport and Exercise Medicine both from The University of The West Indies, Kingston, Jamaica. With just over 17 years working in the health field, she has served in various rehabilitative capacities with the most substantive post of being National Director of Disability and Rehabilitation Services in her homeland of Guyana prior to migrating. Her professional experience is vast and ranges from acute care to inpatient hospital settings, private orthopaedic clinics to adult neurological rehabilitation centres, on field sports management, team rehabilitation to sports injury prevention and performance enhancement facilities. She has served as team Physiotherapist for the Men’s Senior Cricket and Soccer Teams for Guyana.
Debita has continued to enhance her knowledge and skills through post graduate education, including courses in joint mobility, soft tissue techniques, K taping, exercise therapy for orthopaedic and cardiopulmonary conditions. Her areas of expertise are in Sports and Exercise Medicine and her current treatment approach is largely evidence-based and is a unique blend of manual techniques, modalities (thermal and electrical) and education all targeted at maximizing client function, enhancing performance and encouraging long-term self -management.

Benedict Wong

Ben studied kinesiology at the University of Waterloo and shortly after went to study massage therapy at Sutherland Chan School of Massage Therapy. During his studies he learned to apply an evidence based approach to his way of thinking. Ben has always had an interest in the mechanics of the human body and understanding the reasons behind pain and injuries.
With his treatments he applies an evidence based approach alongside his manual therapy techniques and rehab exercises. He believes that every client is different and no treatment should be the same.

Kate Hayes

Kate graduated in 2017 from the Canadian College of Massage and Hydrotherapy in Toronto. Over the years she has worked in different clinical settings, ranging from health centres and spas to sports facilities and gyms. She is extremely versatile with regards to her treatment capabilities, including deep tissue and sports massage, myofascial release therapy, cupping therapy, and more.
Kate understands the importance of customizing every massage to her client’s needs and she always practices with intent…the intention to make you feel better.

Alessandra Creatura, RMT, R.Kin, CSEP-CPT

Alessandra is a Sutherland-Chan School of Massage Therapy graduate with a passionate interest in the health and wellness field. She has worked in various clinical and field settings, ranging from Humber River Hospital Outpatient clinic, field therapist for McMaster varsity athletes, and various multidisciplinary and wellness clinics
Alessandra graduated with honours from McMaster University in 2019 with a Bachelor of Science in Kinesiology, and then went on to register as a Kinesiologist through the College of Kinesiologists of Ontario. She is also in her final year at the Canadian College of Osteopathy, on her way to becoming an Osteopathic Manual Practitioner. Alessandra’s goal is to embrace all the intricacies of manual therapy, practicing a patient-centered approach rather than one that is formulaic. She strives to use her knowledge and training to work with clients to achieve their individual goals and improve their quality of life.

Kayla Miranda
Certified Personal Trainer, BA Kinesiology & Physical Education
Kayla is a Kinesiology graduate from Wilfrid Laurier University who is a certified personal trainer. From training sports teams to training individual clients over the past 2 years, her passion for health and fitness is what has inspired her to improve the lives of others. Being a competitive gymnast her entire life, she has aways understood the importance of physical activity and self discipline. You can catch Kayla enjoying herself at the gym almost every evening and eating everything from quinoa salad to chocolate brownies. Being a huge believer in “everything in moderation”, her approach to health and fitness allows her clients to feel at ease when following her workout plans. She is experienced in training beginners, postpartum mothers, athletes and advanced clients.
